Retreats in Colorado

Join Anne in Colorado for a heart healing, life changing retreat guided by "horse medicine" - a connected and slowed down approach to listening to horses, nature and ourselves for personal growth and wellness.

Co-facilitated by Ulla Frederiksen, Anne Altvater, an amazing herd of horses, and the breathtaking land that Sylvan Dale calls home. Let yourself deeply rest in your love of horses and nature in this retreat for women with all levels of horse experience.

We are united by our love of horses and our desire to know them and ourselves more deeply.

More about Sylvan Dale Ranch & this retreat

Ulla...

...will create and hold space for you to connect and explore your inner essence,  gently supporting your individual knowingness with deep kindness, respect and a trauma-informed approach.

Anne…

...has a passion to help us all orient to a higher, more coherent frequency that offers a broader perspective, a heart centered lens, and more possibilities of ease and resolution to life’s tangles.

Along with a 30 year career training/coaching riders and their horses, Anne’s devotion has been to foster communication and partnership between horse and human, and for the last 4 years donkey experiences have been at the center of the healing and personal development program at the farm. Anne is the co-author of “Evolutionary Groups: a new frontier in human connection” and facilitates the work with online classes and in person retreats. She is also a graduate of The Barbara Brennan School, with a degree in energy psychology. Anne is immersed daily in the herd-ness of the horses and donkeys that live at Campbells Lane Farm and who offer endless support and love to her longing to orient toward unity.
